Refund & Cancellation Policy — Elite Traffic Control Security

We understand schedules change. To protect staffing and safety commitments:

• Standard services: 48 hours’ notice required for cancellation.
   
• Armed security & Executive Protection: 72 hours’ notice required.
   
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: May be billed at full scheduled rate.
   
• Completed hours are non-refundable.
   

Refunds are issued only for billing errors or duplicate payments.
Invoices are due within 15 days, and late payments may incur a 10% fee.

• We provide risk-reduction services, but cannot guarantee prevention of crime, accidents, or third-party behavior.
   
• Clients must maintain a safe environment and follow safety directions from our personnel.
   
• Our officers are not law enforcement and cannot detain, arrest, or pursue individuals except under legal self-defense or life-safety conditions.
   
• Armed officers follow Tennessee Use-of-Force laws.
   
• Services may be paused or terminated if conditions become unsafe or payments are past due.
   
• All service details, procedures, and staff identities remain confidential for safety reasons.
